Shri Anil Kumar Jadli, Director (HR) received the award at the Top Employers Certification Celebration 2025 Event held on 23rd January 2025 in New Delhi in the presence of senior officials.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, and more. NTPC completed the HR Best Practices Survey, validation, and audit process of the Top Employers Institute Certification programme and achieved Top Employer status.
