MIMT Noida recently hosted the highly successful HR Conclave 2025, a dynamic event centred around the theme of “Emptying and Filling the Cup of Knowledge.” Inspired by the Zen Buddhist proverb, the conclave encouraged HR professionals, thought leaders, and enthusiasts to shed outdated ideas and biases to make room for new perspectives and best practices.
The event served as a vibrant platform for exchanging ideas, fostering professional growth, and building a stronger HR community, equipping attendees with the tools needed to navigate the evolving modern workplace.
