KOLKATA. Shri Sadananda Mukherjee, Executive Director (Finance), Damodar Valley Corporation has assumed the additional charge of Member (Finance), DVC, with effect from April 25, 2026.
This development follows the repatriation of Shri Arup Sarkar, who was serving as Member (Finance), DVC, and has been relieved of his duties on April 24, 2026, upon his return to his parent organization, NSPCL.
In his additional role, Shri Mukherjee will oversee the financial functions of DVC, ensuring continuity in financial management, corporate governance, and strategic oversight. His extensive experience in finance is expected to support DVCโs ongoing initiatives and operational priorities.
