Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has appointed Ajeet Kumar as Chief General Manager (HRD) to drive its strategic human resource management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Bringing nearly two decades of domain experience—including his previous role as Deputy General Manager (HR) at NTPC Limited, where he specialized in workforce planning and employee relations—Kumar will now oversee IGL’s Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, and HR Strategy to strengthen workforce capabilities and overall organizational performance.
