Bilaspur: A two-day training programme on “Sustainable Operation Excellence” successfully concluded at the Human Resource Development (HRD) Centre of South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), Indira Vihar,recently . The session witnessed active participation from officers and employees representing various operational areas and departments of the company in the presence of General Manager (HR/HRD/Welfare) Shri B. C. Sethi. The primary resource person, Shri Vimalendu Kumar, former Director (Human Resources) at Northern Coalfields Limited, shared detailed insights on sustainable operational practices, leadership development, change management, team building, and organizational effectiveness.
