FARIDABAD — Mrs. Sandhya Batra, Chief General Manager (CGM), has taken over as the Head of National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) Bathinda Unit. A Chemical Engineering graduate from Panjab University, Chandigarh, Mrs. Batra brings more than 38 years of rich experience to the role, having served across key NFL facilities in Nangal, Bathinda, and Vijaipur. Over her distinguished career with the company, she has developed extensive expertise in process optimization and technical services, positioning her to lead operational efficiency and growth at the Bathinda plant.
