PATNA. NTPC Kanti has been conferred with the prestigious Global Water Tech Award 2026 in the category “Industrial Water Efficiency & Sustainable Transformation Initiative of the Year” by the Global Energy and Environment Foundation (GEEF), New Delhi, supported by the Ministry of Jal Shakti. The award was presented by former Jal Shakti Secretary Dr. Syamal Kumar Sarkar during the Global Water Tech Summit 2026 in recognition of NTPC Kanti’s sustained efforts in water conservation, wastewater treatment, and the reuse of treated water. Spearheaded under the leadership of Yogesh Singla, whose article was also featured in the latest edition of the Green Business World Magazine launched at the summit, the achievement highlights Team Kanti’s commitment to sustainable water management and environmental excellence.
