NAGPUR. MOIL Limited has successfully incorporated a new joint venture company in partnership with the Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation Limited. The venture was formally established following the execution of a Joint Venture Agreement between the state-owned miner and the state corporation. Prior to its incorporation, the strategic proposal received all mandatory regulatory approvals from the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) as well as the Ministry of Steel.
This strategic expansion is designed to leverage shared ownership, expertise, and operational synergies between the two entities for efficient manganese ore extraction. By combining resources and capabilities, the newly formed joint venture aims to enhance domestic mineral exploration, strengthen supply chains, and boost manganese production capacity in the region.
