SHIMLA. SJVN Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise, has announced the appointment of Smt. Arti Kujur as an Independent Director on its Board. According to a regulatory filing, the Ministry of Power, Government of India, has appointed her for a period of three years effective from July 15, 2026, or until further orders. SJVN is a prominent joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
