NLC India Renewables Limited (NIRL) has signed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Limited (MAHAPREIT) in Mumbai to establish a Joint Venture Company (JVC) for the development of renewable energy projects in Maharashtra.
