NEEPCO has designated Shri Samiran Sinha Ray, CGM (HR), NTPC, currently on secondment to NEEPCO, as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with effect from 2025. In his new role, he will exercise the powers of Director (Personnel) as per the Delegation of Power, along with responsibilities delegated by the CMD and the NEEPCO Board. This appointment marks a significant step in strengthening NEEPCO’s HR leadership and advancing the organisation’s growth.
