The inaugural session featured insightful addresses from distinguished guests, including renowned Ad Guru Shri Prahlad Kakkar, who delivered a thought-provoking talk on *“The Art of Narrative Building in Public Life.”* Dr. Vinay Ranjan, Director (HR), Coal India Limited, in his keynote address, emphasized the importance of effective communication in fostering trust and transparency, while Shri Nilendu Kumar Singh, CMD, CCL, highlighted the strategic role of PR in enhancing institutional reputation.
