Engineers India Limited (EIL) has taken the lead in launching a flagship initiative, the “WeLead” International Women Leadership Programme, in collaboration with the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme. Running from August 28 to September 10, 2024, the programme aims to equip women with essential leadership skills, strategies, and confidence to excel in their professional roles.
The event, inaugurated by EIL Chairperson and Managing Director Ms. Vartika Shukla, alongside Ms. Garima Jain, Under Secretary from the Ministry of External Affairs, is hosting around 30 women leaders from 26 countries, including Botswana, Ethiopia, Fiji, Myanmar, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe. This initiative reflects EIL’s commitment to fostering women’s leadership and strengthening global networks for emerging female professionals.
