NEW DELHI. PTC India Limited has appointed Sukhdev Singh as its Non-Executive Chairman. A 1987-batch retired Indian Administrative Service officer, Singh has been serving as an Independent Director on the company’s board since November 2025. He retired in 2024 after nearly 37 years of service, during which he held several key administrative roles in Bihar and Jharkhand.
