INDORE. The DAKSH (Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession & Harmony) 2.1 programme was launched as a year-long leadership development initiative aimed at preparing public sector executives for a complex global environment. The inaugural session saw participation from key experts including Shri Atul Sobti , DG , SCOPE , Ms Alka Mittal, Vineet Hemrajani, Ranjeet Nambudri, Manish Popli, and Himanshu Rai, along with representatives from Egon Zehnder, Indian Institute of Management Indore, Capacity Building Commission, and Standing Conference of Public Enterprises.
Designed to go beyond conventional training, DAKSH 2.1 focuses on building transformational leadership skills such as agility, empathy-driven decision-making, and succession planning. The programme aims to develop leaders as “architects of transformation” who can drive India’s economic future, with 72 executives expected to undergo an intensive six-day foundation phase followed by a 12-month development journey.
