JDU leader NITISH KUMAR will be CM for 4th time but he will depend on BJP crutches always . now onwards he will be seen as most depended CM in Bihar . clearly BJP emerged as most beneficial in this election .
With the BJP emerging as the dominant partner, the NDA pulled ahead with 125 seats against the Grand Alliance’s 110 in the 243-member Assembly. the JD(U)’s slide to 43 seats but NDA likely to elect NITISH KUMAR as poll promise. CONG proven Kamjor kadi for Mahagathbandan in this election .
The RJD emerged as the single largest party winning 75 seats, one more than the BJP which won 75. Although the Left parties won 16 out of the 28 seats that they contested, the grand old party congress proved costly for the Opposition. The grand old party could only win 19 seats out of the 70 it contested.
the RJD CALIMED that polling officials had given in to pressure from the ruling alliance, and had not been fair in declaring the results. A delegation of RJD and Congress also approached the poll watchdog office to raise the issue of alleged voting irregularities. The Election Commission, however, refuted the charges and said that it has “never worked under anybody’s pressure” and that all officials and machinery are working sincerely for the declaration of results.
In his first remarks on the results even before the result was declared, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the people of Bihar have given their “decisive decision for development”.

In New Delhi, Election Commission Director General Umesh Sinha, responding to RJD’s allegations that the ruling party in the state was influencing results, said, “I want to reassure everyone that our officers are working tirelessly and are not under any pressure.”
