NEW DELHI. Shri Paresh Ranpara, Director (Personnel), NHPC, along with the Executive Director (HR), visited Kishanganga Power Station on October 13–14, 2026, to review operational activities and ongoing work. During the visit, he interacted with employees, assessed operational performance and urged staff to maintain dedication, teamwork, coordination and efficiency in achieving organisational objectives. He appreciated their contribution to smooth operations and uninterrupted power generation despite the region’s challenging geographical conditions, emphasising the importance of sustained commitment and collective effort in ensuring reliable plant performance.
