NTPC Ltd. launched a long ‘Vigilance Awareness Campaign

NTPC Ltd. launched a 3-month- long ‘Vigilance Awareness Campaign’ from 18th August to 17th November 2025. The campaign was inaugurated on 18th August 2025 by Ms Rashmita Jha, Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), NTPC, at  New Delhi. The Vigilance officers across the NTPC offices took part in the program through video conference.

Emphasizing the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility,” the CVO urged all vigilance executives to focus on key areas mandated by the Central Vigilance Commission—timely disposal of pending complaints and cases, capacity building through platforms like iGOT Karamyogi, effective asset management, and strengthening digital initiatives for improved transparency.

She stressed involving all stakeholders—employees, vendors, and the public—for wider impact, encouraging creative outreach through plays, quizzes, videos, jingles, and vendor meets. Commending the success of last year’s campaign, the CVO expressed confidence that this year’s efforts would further promote NTPC’s commitment to integrity and transparency.
