NEW DELHI. The Govt of India has officially notified the nomination of 13 journalists to serve as members of the Press Council of India (PCI), the country’s statutory media watchdog. The newly appointed panel consists of six newspaper editors—including Pradeep Kumar Jain, Sayed Raza Husain Rizvi, and Aparna Shukla—along with seven non-editor working journalists, such as Vinod Kohli and Geetaritha Pathak.
