Highlights of the event included industry outlooks and personal learning journeys shared by leaders such as Manish Patil, Ayush Gupta, and Vineet Nayar, who highlighted how AI is fundamentally reshaping the nature of work. Emphasizing that traditional expertise quickly becomes obsolete, Rashmi Govil, Director (HR) at IndianOil, noted that modern learning goes beyond skill acquisition—it requires continuous unlearning, relearning, and adaptability to stay competitive.
