NEW DELHI. Shri Chakravarthy T. Kannan, Secretary General, Quality Council of India (QCI), met Ms Nivedita Dubey, Member (HR), Airports Authority of India (AAI), to explore potential areas of collaboration aimed at strengthening quality and institutional excellence in Bharat’s aviation ecosystem. The discussions focused on process excellence, competency frameworks, capacity building, manpower planning and organisational design to enhance operational efficiency and prepare AAI for the evolving needs of the country’s growing aviation sector. The engagement also explored how QCI’s expertise could support AAI in developing efficient, quality-driven and future-ready organisational systems aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
