Excellence and awarded the “Best Performing PSU of the Year” at the 5th PSU
Transformation Conclave & Awards 2025 in New Delhi, reaffirming its strong
financial performance, operational excellence, global competitiveness, and visionary
leadership in advancing India’s clean energy transition. Conferred by a
distinguished jury of former bureaucrats, industry leaders, and academicians, the
honours also included “Outstanding Leadership in Transformation” for GAIL’s
Director (Finance) for leading Project Navodaya, an enterprise-wide digital
transformation through RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, reflecting the organisation’s
commitment to innovation and future-ready systems. Additionally, GAIL’s thought
leadership was showcased during a panel discussion on future-proofing the public
sector, where Ms. Anjana Sanjeeva, CGM (F&A), highlighted the role of digital
platforms, advanced ERP systems, data analytics, and emerging technologies in
