NEW DELHI. Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Shri B. Mugunthan for appointment to the post of Director (Finance) at Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), a Schedule ‘A’ Central Public Sector Enterprise.
The recommendation was made in PESB Meeting No. 120/2025, held on 15 December 2025 at 3:45 PM, while considering eligible candidates for the said position.
Shri B. Mugunthan is currently serving as Financial Adviser & Chief Accounts Officer (FA&CAO) in the Ministry of Railways and brings extensive experience in public finance, railway accounting, and large infrastructure project management.
