NEW DELHI – An interactive session with the stakeholders of ICD Whitefield, Bengaluru, was held in the presence of the CMD , Shri Sanjay Swarup and senior officers of CONCOR, with active participation from the local logistics fraternity including shipping lines, exporters, importers and CHAs.
During the session, the CMD Shri Sanjay Swarup outlined several new initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and service quality, such as the induction of additional reach stackers including electric RSTs, provision of additional rail lines, and the introduction of AI-enabled terminal operations and documentation systems. The session was well received by the stakeholders, who appreciated CONCOR’s proactive measures and also shared valuable suggestions for further improvement. The event concluded with the presentation of awards to top-performing stakeholders for FY 2024–25, recognizing their contribution and partnership with CONCOR.
