Shri Naveen Srivastava, Director (Operations), POWERGRID, has been conferred the “Global Icon in Sustainability Leadership of the Year 2025” award at the Global Sustainable Development Summit 2025 organised by GEEF. The award recognises his exceptional contributions to the power transmission sector and was presented by H.E. Rasmus Abildgaard Kristensen, Ambassador of Denmark, along with former Secretary Shri U. P. Singh. Shri Srivastava also delivered the Industry Keynote Address on “India’s Sustainable Green Revolution” during the summit.
