Within just two years of launching its ESOP program, InsuranceDekho has provided all employees with vested options the opportunity to partially liquidate their holdings. The transaction, structured as a secondary sale, enabled ~150 current and former employees to realize tangible financial gains while continuing to hold a stake in the company’s future growth.
