The Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) – Goa Chapter recently held a Curtain Raiser Press Meet and Logo Launch for the upcoming 19th Global Communication Conclave at Terminal Banquets, Caculo Mall, Panaji. During the event, the official logo and theme, “Power of PR: Emerging Waves of Communication,” were unveiled, emphasizing how PR and communication continue to influence conversations and foster connections in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. The ceremony was attended by esteemed industry leaders including PRCI Chairman Emeritus M B Jayaram, National President Geetha Shankar, and other prominent figures from the PR fraternity.
M B Jayaram highlighted the conclave as a vital global platform for discussing emerging communication trends and the expanding role of PR professionals. He emphasized that modern communication is driven by technology, digital platforms, and changing audience expectations, making the event a valuable space for industry leaders, young professionals, and academicians to exchange ideas, share best practices, and shape the future of the profession.
