A workshop on Enterprise Risk Management was conducted at our Corporate Office in Kolkata. Our Director (HR), Dr. Vinay Ranjan and Director (Technical) Shri Achyut Ghatak, while addressing the Workshop, highlighted the importance of judicious enterprise risk management for the holistic growth of Coal India and emphasized the need to foster a robust risk management culture at both the corporate and subsidiary levels to achieve the company’s goal.
The session featured in-depth discussions on various identified organizational risks, along with potential mitigation strategies aimed at minimizing their impact.
