SECL CMD Dr. Prem Sagar Mishra received the “CEO with HR Orientation” award at the 32nd World HRD Congress & Awards 2024 in Mumbai for outstanding contributions to human resource management. Under his leadership, SECL achieved record coal production, provided jobs to over 1000 landowners, and planted 10 lakh saplings for environmental sustainability. The company’s commitment to CSR is evident through initiatives like installing 800 smart classes in government schools and offering free NEET-medical coaching under the “Sushrutha” scheme.
