ONGCian Rothindra Nath Goswami, receives the prestigious Bal Sahitya Puraskar 2023 for ‘Powalmoni aru Chichingar Duhxahaxik Abhijan’ (The Gem and Adventures of Chiching). His Assamese children’s novel is a hit among young readers and has even found its way into school textbooks. Shri Goswami is a well-known figure in Assamese children’s literature, boasting nearly 20 published books to his name.
