OIL inked JV Agreement with AGCLonline to form a JV Company with 51% AGCL & 49% OIL’s share, with a mandate to build local Natural Gas Grids, Setup & run CNG Stations & provide Domestic & Commercial Piped Natural Gas connection in 6 districts each of Assam & Tripura.
The JVA was signed by MD AGCLonline & ED(PLS) OIL in the presence of CM Assam, Dr Himanta Biswa ,Dr Ranjit Rath, CMD OIL, Sh Bolin Chetia, Chairman-AGCL, Sh BJ Phukan, MD-NRL & sr officials of GoA, OIL & AGCL.
