PFC organized its first-ever Town Hall today, marking a significant milestone in its journey. The initiative was driven by top management with an aim to create a shared understanding of company’s vision and a collective sense of direction.
The Town Hall provided a valuable platform for all employees to actively engage with the company’s top leadership and discuss various aspects of the business and the way forward in light of the new corporate strategy. The event commenced with an address by Director (Finance) and CMD (Addl Charge) highlighting the key updates, initiatives, challenges and the way forward.
