Shri Subhas Chandra Lal Das, a 1992-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of AGMUT cadre, has taken charge as the new Secretary of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME).
Das brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Prior to joining the MSME ministry, he served as the Director General of Hydrocarbons at the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas since December 2019. Previously, he held the position of Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs.
