NEW DELHI. Shri Atul Sobti, Director General, SCOPE, inaugurated the academic immersion of the third cohort of DAKSH – SCOPE & CBC’s flagship leadership programme for senior Public Sector leaders at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. The intensive six-day programme brings together 72 senior executives from 21 PSEs from across the country, fostering a future-ready and transformative public sector. Addressing the participants, Shri Atul Sobti described DAKSH as a first-of-its-kind immersive leadership journey, blending academic learning with global perspectives, industry insights and practical experience.
DAKSH (Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession & Harmony) is a 12-month immersive learning journey, meticulously designed to be future-focused, empowering participants with the strategic, behavioural, and transformational competencies required to navigate the complex and evolving challenges of the Public Sector.
