NEW DELHI. Shri. Ambrish Tripathi assumed charge as Director (Human Resources) of Navratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) on August 13, 2026. Prior to this appointment, he was General Manager of BEL’s Kotdwar Unit since January 1, 2024.
During his career at BEL, he has held various important assignments and has made significant contributions in the areas of Human Resources, workforce development, digital transformation, employee engagement and organisational capability building.
During his tenure as General Manager of BEL’s Kotdwar Unit, Mr. Ambrish Tripathi provided holistic leadership for the HR function, aligning people policies with organisational objectives, strategic frameworks and corporate directives. He translated his strategic HR vision into measurable outcomes through structured policy implementation, governance excellence, workforce capability enhancement and institutional capacity building.
