Steel Authority of India Limited organised 6th Inter-CPSEs Learning from Each Other (LEO) Workshop on 1st December, 2023 at New Delhi. The workshop witnessed participation of more than 20 leading CPSEs comprising Maharatnas, Navaratnas and some other CPSEs from core sectors viz. metal, mining, oil, gas. During the workshop, participants deliberated on different areas of common interest including best practices on “Talent Management framework in CPSEs”. The workshop also included a panel discussion chaired by Directors HR of SAIL, GAIL and BHEL.
