New Delhi – Eminent media and public relations professional, Prof. K.G. Suresh, has taken over as the Director of the prestigious India Habitat Centre (IHC) in New Delhi. A distinguished member of the Public Relations Society ,Delhi Chapter, Prof. Suresh brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to enhancing the Centre’s influence on critical socio-economic and environmental issues, alongside a focus on cultural communication. Prof. Suresh recently completed a successful tenure as Vice Chancellor of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication in Bhopal. Prior to this role, he served as the Director General of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) in Delhi.
Upon his appointment, Prof. Suresh expressed his vision for the India Habitat Centre, stating, “I am dedicated to transforming IHC into a premier think tank that addresses pressing socio-economic and environmental challenges while promoting vibrant cultural dialogue. Our aim is to foster innovative discussions and solutions that resonate not just locally, but globally.”
