POWERGRID has inducted First Batch of 50 Trainees at its Skill Development Centre, Malda. The centre plans to train around 750 unemployed youth of Malda district in “Power Transmission Line Tower Erection and Stringing” over next four years. The centre established under CSR initiative was inaugurated on the occasion of POWERGRID’s Raising Day by Sh. A. Barat, ED, ER-II in presence of Shri B. K. Mundu, CGM (HRD).
