BPCL in talks with Kerala Govt to set up Rs 5,200 Cr Project

Shri G Krishnakumar, CMD, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), called on Shri Pinarayi Vijayan, Chief Minister, Kerala, and had initial discussions for setting up a Poly Propylene Unit at BPCL Kochi Refinery at a cost of Rs 5,200 Crores (“Project”). BPCL’s proposal to set up a compressed biogas (CBG) plant at Brahmapuram, Kochi, with municipal solid and the progress on the same was also discussed.
