Coal India organized a workshop on “Emerging trends and Leading practices in HR” at CIL’s corporate office in Kolkata.
Shri Vinay Ranjan, Director (Personnel & IR), CIL, inaugurated the workshop. Speaking at the event, Shri Ranjan, said that HR Professionals should be abreast of the latest and emerging HR trends and strive to formulate employee centric policies.
Digital learning practices across industries were one of the major areas of focus during the workshop.
