Shri Bhupender Gupta, CMD of NHPC, visited the 850 MW Ratle Hydroelectric Project in Kishtwar, Jammu & Kashmir, on 01 December 2025, to review the progress of civil, hydro-mechanical, and electro-mechanical works. The project is being executed by Ratle Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited, a joint venture of NHPC and JKSPDC. During the visit, CEO Shri M.K. Kashyap briefed the CMD on construction status and key challenges, with senior officers including MD Shri Ramesh Mukhiya also present.
