NEW DELHI. Shri Ajit Kumar Panda has been appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR). Currently serving as Director (Projects & Services) at CONCOR, Panda will assume charge as the company’s new CMD on August 1, 2026. His appointment marks a key leadership transition at the state-owned logistics and multimodal transport company, with expectations that his extensive experience within the organisation will support CONCOR’s strategic growth, operational efficiency and expansion initiatives.
