NEW DELHI. NBCC (India) Limited organised the 20th edition of SAMVAAD at the Convention Centre in East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi, focusing on project execution, business development, financial performance, technology adoption and organisational growth. The two-day programme included sessions on cyber hygiene, fraud prevention, technical examination, vigilance, quality assurance and contract management, along with discussions on new construction technologies and emerging building solutions.
The NBCC Shram Sewa Portal was also inaugurated to support digitalisation and manpower-centric services, while workplace safety and statutory compliance were highlighted. The second day focused on project performance against turnover targets, MoU evaluation, business development, financial closure, contract management, internal audit, HR and manpower issues, with emphasis on improving efficiency and strengthening future growth.
