NEW DELHI. Engineers India Limited (EIL) organised a Nukkad Natak (street play) at Bhikaji Cama Market as part of Swachhta Pakhwada 2026, aiming to raise awareness about cleanliness, hygiene, and sustainable civic practices among the general public.
The awareness programme attracted the attention of shoppers and visitors, using an engaging and satirical performance to deliver the message of keeping public spaces clean and adopting responsible civic behaviour.
The Nukkad Natak highlighted the importance of maintaining clean surroundings and practising good hygiene in everyday life. Through entertaining performances and relatable situations, the actors encouraged people to make cleanliness a daily habit rather than a one-time effort.
