Nine employees including executives of different Departments coming under the purview of Executive Director (Human Resource) of SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) were awarded under ‘SAIL Shabash’ Scheme for their innovative endeavors at a function held in the Samadhan Conference Hall of ED (HR) Secretariat, on 11th March, 2025. Mr. Tarun Misra, ED (HR) presided over the function and handed over the awards. Present on the occasion were, Dr. Chinmoy Samajdar, CGM (Law), Mr. B K Jojo, CGM (Town Engineering & Horticulture), Mr. S N Panda, CGM (HR) and all senior officers of the Department.
The recipients of the Shabash awards were Mr. T B Toppo, AGM (CSR), Mr. Ashutosh Bhoi, AGM (TE-Electrical), Mr. P K Jena, Senior Manager (Town Services), Mr. Hemant Sahoo, Deputy Manager (TS), Dr. N Behera, Deputy Manager (Law), Mr. Chitrasen Jena, Assistant Manager (TE-Electrical), Mr. S C Mohapatra, Senior Executive Assistant (TS), Mr. S K Minj, Senior Land Sardar (TS) and Mr. S Pasayat, BPO (HR).
