KOLKATA. Coal India Limited organised a two-day Vigilance Meet on the theme “Mission CIL@2026: Reform, Transform, Perform & Inform,” with participation from Chief Vigilance Officers of its subsidiaries and Coal Mines Provident Fund Organisation. Addressing the session, CVO Brajesh K. Tripathy said CVOs should act not only as Chief Vigilance Officers but also as Chief Value Officers, promoting ethical leadership and strengthening organisational values. The meet focused on sharing best practices to enhance preventive vigilance, while guest speakers Ghansham Bansal of DMRC Academy and Rajiv Verma from Central Vigilance Commission shared insights on governance and accountability.
