Dr. Hemant Sharad Pandey, Director (HR) of WCL, inaugurated a female-managed HR department at Ekona Mine in Majri Area, emphasizing gender inclusivity. He also launched two creches at Majri Area Office and Ekona Sub Area to support childcare and promote work-life balance. During the visit, he inspected Ekona Mine, interacted with employees, and felicitated outstanding performers. The event was attended by G. Sitaraman, GM (CSR/Welfare), and Avinash Prasad, Area GM, along with HODs, staff, and welfare committee members, reflecting WCL’s commitment to employee welfare and inclusive growth.
