Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has entered into a strategic joint venture with Shell Gas B.V. and Tiki Tar Industries (Baroda) Limited to strengthen its value-added bitumen portfolio and support India’s expanding infrastructure sector. The agreement was signed in the presence of BPCL Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Khanna, Director (Marketing) Subhankar Sen, Shell Aviation President and TTSIPL Chairman Raman Ojha, and Tiki Tar Industries’ Rajendra Shah. The Joint Venture Agreement was signed on behalf of BPCL by Executive Director (Corporate Affairs) Debashis Naik. The partnership will combine BPCL’s extensive market presence, Shell’s global technology expertise and Tiki Tar’s manufacturing capabilities to develop advanced bitumen solutions for highways, airports and other infrastructure projects, while promoting next-generation road construction technologies, innovation and sustainable infrastructure development across the country.
