PTC India‘s dedicated “Innovation & Analytics Lab” was inaugurated today by a distinguished panel consisting of Shri GHANSHYAM PRASAD, Chairman CEA, Shri Sanjiv Sahai Nandan Sahay, Former Secretary (Power), Government of India and Shri Soonee Sushil Kumar, Former CEO, POSOCO. The dedicated lab focused on advanced data analytics would carry out advanced descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics with a view to generate superior decisions in the evolving power market. The Lab aims to support internal departments within PTC as well as assist PTC’s customers ( buyers and utilities) in their decision making.
Speaking at the sidelines of the event, Dr. Rajib K. Mishra, CMD, PTC stated that the use of data analytics and data sciences can help PTC make better decisions, improve operational efficiency, gain a competitive advantage, and manage risk. The Lab will also assist our clients with any data analysis that can improve their decision making process and we intend to offer the same as a part of our value added services.
