Guwahati, June 25, 2026: Radisson Blu Guwahati has launched a new culinary showcase, “Bhendi Bazaar – The Soul of Mumbai on a Plate,” at Café B You, bringing the iconic flavours of old Mumbai to the city.
The festival is being held from 22nd to 30th June 2026, starting 7:00 PM onwards each evening, offering guests an immersive dining experience inspired by the legendary food lanes of Bhendi Bazaar.
Celebrating Mumbai’s rich food heritage, the menu draws from Bohri and Memoni home-style traditions, Mughlai influences, and the vibrant street food culture of South Mumbai. The experience highlights slow-cooked delicacies, heritage recipes, and signature dishes that reflect generations of culinary tradition.
Guests can enjoy a curated selection of traditional specialties along with refreshing beverages such as Mohabbat ka Sharbat, Kokam Sherbet, Rose Sherbet, and Maramari Fruit Shake Cocktail. The experience begins with these refreshing beverages, setting the tone for the evening.
Live counters further enhance the experience, featuring kebab grills, roomali roti preparation, and dessert stations serving Malpua and Mawa Jalebi, along with Falooda and traditional sherbets.
The festival aims to recreate the spirit of Bhendi Bazaar through its flavours, storytelling, and live food experiences, bringing together community-style dining and authentic culinary techniques in a contemporary setting at Café B You.
